What Format are your Audio Files?

All our nature sounds are available in standard MP3 format. This widely-supported industry-standard format can be played back on any computer using freely-available or commercial software, and is supported by all major portable Digital Audio Players, including the Apple iPod and iPhone . You can also burn our MP3 audio files to a CD.

What Quality are the MP3 Nature Sound Files Encoded At?

The majority of the MP3 nature sounds available for sale at Nature Sound Spa are encoded at a Constant Bit Rate (CBR) average of 128 kilobits per second (kbps). However some individual nature sounds may have different encoding quality levels.

Do Your MP3 Nature Sound Files Have any Copy Protection, DRM or other Restrictions?

All of our nature sounds are in standard MP3 format and do not contain any copy protection or digital rights management (DRM) controls or restrictions. You are free to duplicate the files for personal use and enjoyment, including burning the tracks on to your own CDs. However, you are not permitted to redistribute our nature sounds.

How do I Download the Nature Sounds that I have Purchased?

Once payment for your order is successfully processed, you will be able to access the Download Link where you can download the MP3 audio file that you have purchased. You may download each of the MP3 audio files on an individual basis, by clicking on the link for each nature sound and saving each MP3 audio file on your computer. An Order Confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a direct link to the MP3 audio file that you purchased. You will be able to access the MP3 audio file for 24 hours after your order is completed. You can find out more about the ordering process here.

How Quickly should I Expect A Response to My Online Order?

You will receive an email confirmation with a download link immediately after your payment has been processed by PayPal. Most email receipts are received within seconds of payment. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
